Is this nutrient burn? I need assistance

Hello everyone
Iv been vegging this plant in a coco medium ph 6.5 for the past 7 weeks. I noticed tip burn on most of the upper snd lower leaves.
Lights are 60-70cm away from the plant

Overall they look healthy and a good green colour.
Can you tell us what you're feeding the plant and how strong?

Hey.
I fed it once a quarter of the recommended 2020 fertilizer. I used 1/4 the ratio recommended, and they mention feeding every 15-20 days.
I never fed it again after i saw the brown tips.
This is the only fertilizer available
Ph 6.5 i use vinegar because i couldnt find ph down solutions in my country.

In coco? I’m not a coco guy but from what I understand you should lower the pH more. It’s considered hydroponic and is inert. Feed at 5.8 and keep moist.
