Is this normal?

So my plant that I repotted 9 days ago is doing good coming out of shock but doing very well. But something I noticed was my plant has been growing with three leaves but all the new growth since I repotted has five leaves now. Is it normal for a plant to have different numbers of leaves? And is it normal for plants to go from three leaves to five? Does this mean it's healthier than before?

Usually a genetic quirk. I've got an afghani that's a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone and she grows random 3 point leaves all the time

That's really cool I never even seen a plant that only had three point leaves. Now mine is growing 5 point leaves at random. She is a clone.
