Is this mold? Is it bad? How do I fix? Please help

This white stuff is on the bottom of my pots where the water over flows and it looks like there is quite a bit under the plants.

Please help... Is this mold? If so how do I get rid of it as cheap as possible and without hurting my plants.

Unlikely to be mold...

May well be salt build up from nutrients used or from a hard water source aka calcium deposits.



If a salt build up this may adversely effect growing medium by raising PH value or in turn show nutrient burn symptoms or lock outs in the long run, i would more likely suggest a feed/water/feed/water regime to prevent this.

If calcium deposits i wouldn't worry to much about that.
