Is this Fruit Spirit ready for flowering?

Been in veg stage for approx 8 weeks now, drinking 3 litres of water with 4ml of biobizz grow per litre every 3-4 days. I am struggling to determine when to start the 12/12 period and start on the bloom and topmax.

Hope someone has some input

Lights : 2 x 300w marshydro LED
Canna Terra professional soil
Light schedule: 18/6
Nutrients: 4ml biobizz grow / litre
Grow tent : 2x2 ft
Age : 8 weeks
Height: 20 inches

It really depends on your preferences and tent limitations. You can go 12/12 from seedling and if it's a girl, it'll start flowering around 4 weeks after breaking ground. Every grown and strain can be different, but you need to allow enough headroom for the stretch during flower. You beautiful little bush will stretch upwards quite a bit. Hope that helps!
