I've seen the second and third set of true leaves act like that before. I don't do hydro so I won't say for sure, but it looks on to me....

You might slow down the frequency you are recirculating. Once the roots hit the res you can should shut off that pump. Make sure those spouts are not going into the Rockwool. You should slow down the frequency of recirculating until the RW cubes are drying out between.
