Yea on the left! And thank you. I'm a first time grower. It's worrisome but I'll hope for the best. I'll post updates.
Looks like a male. I say this because that bit on the left is on a stalk. If it's in a stalk it's always make. Give it a few days to get bigger to confirm

Got a virus
1st plant .... Still not real sure about. After 2.5 weeks I'd expect a small cluster of balls & I don't see that.
2nd plant .... Yes Female. I can see the pistils on the other side coming out.

Still pretty young, but yeah like @Buds Buddy said. A cluster of balls is the only clear give aways for males.
I would wait for the cluster of pistils to show first to confirm it’s a female. Or the opposite for the males.
