Is this a sign of a girl plant

Hi All, I have been looking at identifying male from female plants in the early veg stage and took this photo ,and was wondering if it tells me it's a girl ??
look forward to your expert advise.

Those green spiky things are stipules. You cannot tell sex by them. Your plant is too immature to tell yet.
The sexual organs will where the branches meet.

Give her a bit more time.

How old are your plants? What strain?

I'm here in New Zealand so we don't have access to seed banks, the seeds I was given are Thai,Shiva ,shiva X Og and Hash not sure if they are local names or what ,as for how old, seeds popped 7 Sept the start of our spring but the weather has been really shitty about 5c below normal for this time of year (so much for globule warming ) BTW I'm growing outdoors.

2-4 weeks the plant should be showing.
Once you start to see this it will still take about a weeks growth to tell what it is we are actually seeing.
