When i am ready to flower i turn my lots totally off for 36 hours. Then turn back on to 12/12 they will flower every time in 7 days. If you just flip em it will take longer.

Sounds like bad advice? Has anyone in the field made a study about what happens after putting the plant into darkness like that? Is it healthier than using 12/12 from day 01 of "flower time"?

Um no its not bad advice maybe you should read a little...... Marijuana Horticulture: The Indoor/Outdoor Medical Grower`s Bible by Jorge Cerva does not sound like you want to learn. Jorge explained well turn off lights for 36 hours of darkness then lights on 12-12.
