Is my plant ready for harvest

I think I'm 7-8 weeks in flowering am I ready to harvest and also one side is budding late due to light issues in earlier stage

After you start getting more red brownish pistols than white ones, two weeks from 50/50 at least, start looping those trics. All these above is right, 4 weeks minimum. Nice so far. Good luck.
