It's my first grow an I've done absolutely everything right and it's the beginning of week ten, I thought I was already ready to harvest with cloudy trichomes and orange pistils. Then just the other night I had an new growth of white pistils,.? Plus it does t seem to be at maximum yield yet. Can someone please help me?

I would strongly suggest that you look into this usb microscope been using it for years and at around $30.00 it takes out all the guess work ..Plugable USB 2. USB Microscope | Plugable

Yes, thank you I have a good jewelers loupe, they're cloudy an I've seen maybe a few amber trichomes, however it just doesn't seem to be very filled out, (the buds), and there's recently been new white pistils emerging and it threw me off as to whether or not she is ready to harvest..

Dealer's choice on when to chop it.
It looks to me like it could go a little longer. Have you tried a tester off it?
You can always do a partial harvest, taking the most mature buds while leaving those that aren't quite there yet.

Harvest is not a universal standard. It comes down to what you want. I personally grow mostly Indica dominant hybrids. I'll cut at Milky because I don't really care for couchlock. I will grow some pure indicas I have to the point where they are mostly amber for the pure reason of having some "before bed" bud. I hope this was helpful :)
