Is it possible to make Rick S oil in a safe way?

Hi all. Is there anybody there can tell me, if there is a more safe way to extract RS Oil, ore where i can find information, and what advantages or disadvantages their cud bee. I know a girl who has access to all kind of chemistry equipment, But don't know if these items can be used for RS Oil, and she don't know how to use it... But she gave me a couple of things, But i wasn't interested in school chemistry, so any info is welcom.. I'm not that keen on making oil with isopropyl alcohol, in my apartment.

The tube is 5cm ore 2inch and 24cm ore 10 inch High
