I have two seedlings about 2 to 3 inches maybe in a 5x2.5x7. It came with a aerolight
Is anyone familiar with vivosun lights and intensity i formation?

Yes now that I've tagged him he will see it, he won't be online for a couple hours yet though bud.
It would also be a good idea to give is a lot more info on your grow, as in what strain, the media you're using, the age of your seeding, maybe a few photos of your setup, the more info you can provide, the better we will be able to help you bud

That's fine my girls are asleep for 5 more hours for now but I'll be able too update genetics, strain, soil and anything else needed plus pics cause I have many questions as this is my first indoor grow and I'm finding out it's much different than outdoor, at least here where I'm located. I'll post a update shortly with all the info and hopefully he will see the @ and atleast help me with that for now. Thank you so much for ur help this far!

Congrats on your new light.
Typically you want to be at least 60 cm from seedlings and set it to low to start.
More than enough light for a newborn.
As it grows gradually increase the intensity.
What are you using in your pots?
Just curious nothing to do with the light.
I'm a fan of coco.

I getting the info on everything I am running but I'm using 5 gallon vivosun cloth bins since it's my first indoor run. When u say low, do you mean 20% or like 50%? How low? This is my set up, right now I have info on everything except the genetics for the strains. I have that info, I'm just not home rn to look up the lineage rn but they both are autos.

What ever the lowest is on that model.
I start seeds in solo cups to build a rootball before I go into 5 gal bags.
Much better for the roots.

He tagged me. I have not reviewed the Vivosun lights as yet, so I cannot give any useful information.
First a disclaimer, I haven't had new sprouts under my aerolights yet, and I have a different model.
That said, I'm planning on setting the lights to 50% at 60cm above the plants. That's pretty much my go to setting for a new light.
@LKABudMan has started a bunch of seedlings under Vivosun aerolights though.
@g-one-three has aerolights as well, so he might have some advice too.

I gotta figure out how to get the light down that low, I have it about 2 to 3 ft above n at 50% intensity
Around 2 feet is perfect to start.
40 to 50 % will be great.
What are you starting them in?

I'm using a Vivosun VSFL4300 for a 4X4 grow tent, works great, full spectrum 430 watts. I just found out that though it states dimmable at 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 ,90 intensity levels using the onboard switch, through their E42A Controller I can do any increments shown on the app though the controller. So now if i want 55% no issue or 72%, just use the controller and app. You'll enjoy that Aerowing. Good Grow!
