My name is inxter..I am new to the community, Im a tattoo artist in central Ohio..I blaze to ease my pain and calm my nerves..Years ago I was in a bad accident and have pain levels opiates can't ease...But thank GOD for Mother Natures Herbal remedy...I can sleep, eat, function in daily activities...all without any medicine from a DR.!!! Well I'm here...Right On!!!

First you go to the Journals in Progress, which is where you'll want to start it. Once there take a look around and read through the stickies... the first one is How to Make a Grow Journal.

You can also browse through some of the other journals to see how different members did theirs.
