i was really stoned earlier and decided i want to make a pro-pot website. i dont really wanna spend money to get my own domain or whatever but some sites have regulations that u cant put illegal stuff on the site...ne suggestions where to go?
 
well i want to make a personal website about pot and whatnot and a lot of the free websites (like hometown i believe) have it in the agreement that u cant put nething to do with illegal substances on the website u make. i was just wondering if there was a free website tool similar to geocities or hometown where i could start a site
