Insects or eggs help!

i have found several of these look like eggs to me might be spider mites does anyone know what they can be first time grower and what to use for them??

Looks like aphids, You could try using some very diluted dish soap and water mixer to spray your plants with, for next few days to kill off the infestation.

aphids for sure,,, @Herby Paisley nailed it,

my rose gardens nemesis,, aargghh,,

besides a soap spray,, if the plant is outside like it looks,, and mold or bud rot is not an issue,, just spray the bugs off with a light hose spray

swear at them as you do it and they won't return. new ones will tho,,
