im in the third week of flowering and just to day i saw a little bug of some sort on my plant. can i use repelent in third week of flowering or will it harm the buds.

It should be alright, but personally I wouldnt. First try and I.D. the lil sucker, it may not be harmful (but very likely is). Once you ID the bug you can proceed with its destruction, many bugs require specific tactics and or poisons. Try skinning a potato and setting it near the soil and see if anything is attracted to it, it may help you get and accurate an ID.
