Insect problems? help

hey, i have a grow room with hydro and soil. i noticed just around my soil are gnats i believe, little flying bugs.... driving me nuts... how do i get rid of them? and will they hurt my babies....

get some fly traps its the one that have a sticky pad and put that in your grow room that will attract the flys and bugs and they wil stick to it that will get rid of them
