Infrequent User with Questions

I am a 22 year old female. Roughly 5'6" and 160 lbs. I smoked this past Saturday night and was offered a job this morning. I was given 48 hours to get a drug test done. Previous to Saturday night, I had not smoked since probably February. March, the latest. I am going to get the test done either tomorrow at noon or Wednesday at 8:00 am. If I take niacin and drink plenty of water and green tea, what are the chances I could pass?

Don't bother with niacin. I would just dilute a little the morning of the test. You should be perfectly clean now but its always a good idea to use some dilution as added insurance.
Drink about 24 ounces of fluids
pee 3 or 4 times before the test
pee a little in the toilet first
then use your midstream urine for the collection cup.
