I have my plant under 8 23w cfl's in a 3 1/2 foot tall box, inside foiled small fan at top with a homemade reflector..........when I figure out how to post pics I will

Too high of temperatures and over watering are two main culprits. More information s needed to help you out better.

U want to spray paint or tape those clear containers your roots should get no light ! That's not the reason for your pause in growth tho I don't think ! How old are they ? Seedlings usually take a while to grow and take off ! Gud luck !

the one under the light it about 1 1/2 week they grow faster in the window but when they go in the box seem like they slow down
