Indica or sativa?

This is my nasty unknown bag seed bit*h and im wondering what could be she is in flower now for 4 weeks and 5 days.

i always check trichs. they like their own schedule. sativas in particular.
it's early in the cabaret right now by the look.. you should get a loupe as well.

Your window looks like 2-5 weeks from the last pic. Two weeks and you will be ready for an early harvest. Another 5 weeks for a late harvest. I am assuming you don't have any way to see the trichomes. Looking at the stamens will get you in the ballpark with sativas. When you are at 80% dark stamens you will get an uplifting mental high from early harvest. When you have only one or two light stamens per bud you will get a heavy body high from a late harvest. They begin to degrade generally after all the stamen have turned.

pretty much what @Sativa1970 posted considering it's outdoor. only thing i would add is it sometimes becomes a rush to be ahead of bud rot in some climates.

Good point Bluter. I haven't grown out doors in so long I almost forgot a bought the battle with late bud rot.

I'd say closer to 3 weeks out,, but Bluter@ also nailed it with the comment on contending with the mold issue,, one of my worst enemies in our area! "East Coast"

Are you sure it is 6 1/2 weeks since the first stamen hairs peeked out? By the dates I would say at least 2 weeks for a vary early sativa harvest. I am indoors, in hydro, witch generally grows faster. The fastest sativa I have grown is lambs bread at 8 weeks for early harvest date. By the picture of the stamen, I would say you are less than a week from early harvest. From early to late harvest is a window of around 3 weeks. Aim for the middle so 1 or 2 weeks if you want a heady high and not a strong body high. You can wait 2 - 3 1/2 weeks if you want more THC with a body high.

So when i plant her in the pot i was already a little late cuz of weather.. so I decided to force flowering her and i start at 10.8.21and next day i start counting the flowering days.
First hair come at 16.8.21 but i wasn aure is its a girl, two days later i was 100% she is a girl so i can say 18.8.21 first real hairs.. pictures below

So maybe i counting wrong way from 10.8 to now is 45days but from first hairs is like 37 days in flower
