Hundreds packed the Red Skelton Performing Arts Center Tuesday morning where Vincennes University's Center for Research and Learning is sponsoring a debate on the legalization of marijuana use in Indiana.

The debate began at 11 a.m. The plan for the debate was Knox County Sheriff, Mike Morris, would debate in opposition of legalizing marijuana alongside Rob Evans, professor of Sociology.

Mike Mullen, professor of English at VU, and Stephen Dillon, an attorney and activist with the National Organization for Reform of Marijuana Laws will debate in favor of legalizing recreational marijuana use.

So far, News 10's Eric Stidman reports it is a good debate.

He will have more on this debate and reaction from those in attendance tonight on News 10.
