Increasing vertical growth

Hey all

Thank for your help and input in advance, the people here have been so amazing!

I have 3 white widows (grow journal in signature). They are on day 50 and only 8-9 inches high. Is this normal? Is there something I should be doing to increase vertical growth?

well, you have been doing some topping and LST work, right? That does tend to slow the plant down a bit. Also, don't be so quick to think that having short plants is bad thing... as soon as you start flower she will stretch out, and could end up 3x as tall as she was when you started. There really is no need at this point to try to help her get taller... I would be very proud of a tent full of short multi bud plants. Your's look beautiful. Good job!

Thank you very much, you just made my night. I've topped them twice and there's some LST work as needed. I've put so much effort into this it feels good to see you say that.

Yes looking good mate , they are fine check out in my journal how big and how crazy the stretch can be in flowering your plants will stretch and whether it's a little or a lot they look like they are good to go
