If you Dim you 1000w bulbs how much of the bulb life extended? Has anyone noticed a big difference in bulb life or bulb failure or ballast problems when dimming?

What watts? do you switch the watts at all? Its sounds like the technology is solid as to not harm the bulb.

1,000 watts. No, I don't change the wattage of the bulb, just the dial on the ballast.
