Identical Haze grow but very different buds

Hi guys. I have 2 Haze plants that were grown from seed. All elements of the grow have been completely identical. They are now in week 4 of flowering. The buds on one plant are fat and the pistols are long and plentiful. The other plant has much smaller buds and the pistols are not nearly as big. There is also a difference in leaf colour. Each plant is under its own 100 watt led. Any ideas on why the buds on the second plant are developing more slowly?
Grow medium: coco
Ec: 2.1
Ph: 5.8
Textile pot: 15 litres
Temp: 26-28 deg C
RH: 45-55 %

Here is a pic of the grow. The plant with the bigger buds is at the back to the right. The plant with the smaller buds is at the front to the left.

Seeds from the same plant can give you many different pheno-types, how many different depends on how stable the Strain is (or the genetics). Also just like people that came from the same parents they can have different traits or be more sickly/runt/less resistant to disease/etc...

Thanks Dwight. I just thought it was a little strange as both plants were very similar as they grew. It was difficult to tell the difference between the two when they were in veg. I did notice that the plant with the bigger buds stretched faster and earlier when in flower.
