Ideas on building 4x4 DWC system

I am looking for ideas on how to build a large 4'x4' dwc system

I am expanding my grow area after a successful 1st grow in a 4x4 tent using dwc buckets, however I did not purchase/build a recirculating system but rather monitored each buckets levels and feeding individually which was a lot of work.

I am now setting up a 8x4 tent and am building two 4x4x12 wooden garden boxes lined with a few layers of 6mil plastic sheeting, I am then using custom cut pieces of pvc foam as the cover with 3" holes, 1 per sq ft. So each of my garden boxes will hold 16 plants totaling 32 for the 8x4 tent.

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated

i am using 2 x 1k hps and no control bucket. I am using 4x4 wooden fram 12" high, lined with a few layers of 6mil plastic sheeting and pvc foam sheeting as the cover. I am looking for advice and ideas from other who have built similar "larger" systems and perhaps see pics or links of what they have constructed.

If you have fans and bubblers I think you got a DWC down pat, there really isn't much to comment on till you add some pics and detail a description

Agreed meta tron, a ton of excellent work in his journals and he has been very helpful to me! Hows the dwc coming?
