Ideal Tent Height for specific plant heights

Hi, a quick question.

I'm planning to grow a strain that grows to a total of 29,5 inches/ 75 cm.

What would be the ideal Height of the tent, taking into consideration:

1) 3ftx3ft or 4ftx4ft size
2) Led Lighting 200w
3) Air Extraction with Carbon Filter and Silencer
4) Planted in pot with soil.

How much extra height would I need to go hydro?
