Idea for Carbon Filtered PC Fan - Thoughts?

Ok, so I have been trying to come up with a way to use some 120mm 90CFM PC fans to exhaust a 2'(L) x 2'(W) x 4'(H) Vegging box. I will be using a passive intake and a 250W MH. Here is my idea, what do you think?

The PC Fans would be light trapped and would be exhausting out of the box. The carbon filter will be just inside the box.

Check out these fans on ebay "sunon ac fans" they range from 64-230 cfm 80-180 mm and run on household 120v. i am currently using one on my drying box hooked up to a carbon filter 107cfm and it works great!!! i have 2 currently and will never use a pc fan again!!check out my grow and i have a dit carbon filter on there to!

I think I am going to use a 6" duct booster fan to vent my veg chamber instead of the pc fans since the booster can pull a little better through a filter and will use the DIY pencil cup carbon scrubber to use with it.
