How often are you watering? Haven't watered yet

Ok now that I've gotten the info out of the way...

I placed my seeds in some "Root Riot" plugs yesterday and broke the plugs open today (curiosity got the best of me). Well, they both sprouted tiny baby roots and I placed them in new plugs.

My question is: will the trauma I caused my little girls turn them into boys??

You should be fine but a good chunk of plant deaths are because of us screwing arround to much with em.

Just ley em do their thing, a major fuck up wil be removing leaves, dont do it, and watering to much, by the way itll kill it if you nute it before the fifth set of leaves..even then start off one fourth..i have tons of pics on my gallery if you have any questions...this sites awsome, welcome to growing
