I recently dismantled a cool; tube because I was losing to many lumens because of the glass tube. Im having trouble with the constructiion of a new reflector. I have the socket and its cord. does anyone have some specs for a adjust a wing style reflector.

You could have simply removed the glass from your cool tube and increased the flow of the fan pulling across it by 50% and had a near zero gain in escaping heat.
