do plants bud when the season changes? and if a girl buds and not haveing being fertilzed by a male plant then if she has seeds then wouldnt the plant come out female from said seed?

When the light cycle shortens (the daylight available), the flowering cycle is triggered. There will be no seeds without a male or hermaphrodite or rogue plant to contribute pollen to the female. She cannot produce seeds on her own.
