I Need Some Help! Day 26 and 10 of my 30 girls arent doing so good! Can u Help?

This is My 1st grow and im using a (4) 1000 watt HPS lighting system, Im 26 days into my grow and 10 of my plants havent made it past day 7, they just stopped, Im using fox farm Ocean Forrest soil, and Grow big ,and Big Bloom nuets, the strain is Og Kush, im not sure whats going on because out of 30 plants only 10 have stopped growing, im too plant savvy but i do have some knowledge of what im doing, Ive been VERY careful not to over water or feed and ive paid close attention to ph levels, Last week i purchased FloraKlean to fulsh out the salts thinking that was the problem, and no response, ill post some pics of them so you guys can get a better idea of what im "Growing" thru... Please help...

where those 10 planted the same time as the rest?

Yes, they are all Og kush and all were put into the fox Farm soil at the same time, i dont understand why these just STOPPED....
