i need help i dont understand them...

i screw up with my 2 last grow i dont now why....
i heve all the equipment for good closet .
all the condition for good result.
i explain myself i start from good seeds female and froom pasion seed .
from day 1 antel day 10 everything go good the grow start to take out the first leaf. all this time ther in biodom with florsnt 50w.
then i move them to the mh250w and then start to fall down they was thin mor then the was.and die ,shrink .
the tamp was normel 35 and the humidity 28%.
her in this time it the and of samer. and all me grow was between the spring to the winter.because of (heat -cold ).
i have big room with air conditioner , bellows ,ventilate ,water farm for 4-5 plant, reflect light ,hps 250w ,mh250w,and florsnt50w ,
why its hapning to me?whay my plant dont grow well ?
i get 2 new difrant seed grine spirit and skunk and i hope to good result now...
what you think guys?
i need to open the lite from day 1 from seed in biodom?ander 50w florsnt or the mh250w?
i am confused....i look at my jornel and it looks good why?what i am doing rong?

Hey mate, welcome back to the forum. Sorry to hear of your last disappointment. I think I recall you posting that you had hassles.
Mate, all I can think of is that you did not have enough intensity of light in the first ten days. This gave you a spindly stem that toppled over and died. Try putting the seedlings under the MH as soon as they pop out of the soil. Have your light about 12" - 15" above them. They will most likely grow stronger and give you a better result.

One time my seedlings died from stretching for the light. Their stems were too weak. No problem with subsequent plantings after I moved the light closer to seedlings. (I use fls only).
