I may have messed up: help please

a small ( incandescent) light was left on during dark period (3rd week off flowering) it has been on for approx 24 hrs. It is time for me to switch the LED on... not sure what i should do... should I give not turn LED on and give it 12 hrs of darkness, or just stick with normal schedule?

Darkness would be the safe choice....

Just go back to your normal schedule as if the mistake never happened. The plants will get over it.
