I can't post to grow journal, it says I can't post there

It is a bit tricky to pull off but if I remember right the steps are:
Go to the Grow Journals forum and open that.
Then go to the Journals In Progress sub-forum and open that.
There should be a long box to type in the new journal title plus an area to type the first msg.
