I am a new grower - Ordered seeds from King - Trainwreck

I am a new grower, I am also a medicinal user. I struggle with anxiety, chronic fatigue, depression and pain. i ordered trainwreck from cropking. Have not recieved the seeds yet. Anybody have advice on a medicinal strain for the above conditons. I searched and thought trainwreck was a good choice, not sure????
