Humidoor Experiment

Just got a cigar humidoor about a month ago and started storing a couple buds on the bottom shelf and cigars on the upper shelves. I left the buds in there a couple weeks and smoked them last night. The humidoor is set at 60% humidity.

Smoked them out of my bong. Burn was good, taste about the same (no cigar taste), the smoke was less harsh than usual going in, but in my opinion more harsh on the exhale.

Has anybody ever tried this?

I have tried the orange slice and stuff like that before also.

yeah sometimes when i forget to close my sack when i pass out i do that trick with the humidor, not sure if it really does work or not but i do it...

I like the humidor alot. It makes the bud burn so nice. It could just be the strain you're smoking that has a harsh exhale. I find that from time to time when the bud wasn't flushed good enough or was some really dry brick or something.
