HPS and LED flowering?

Hey guys, just a question for you. I vegged some seeds out of a bag of weed for 5 weeks with a Mars hydro reflector and switched 12/12 lighting on the 2/11 but they stretched abit so I added a 400w hps. Will this be Allright mixing hps with led or should I stick to just one sort of light?

I am just entering flowering today with two LEDs and two 600W sodiums. They have been great for Veg together so I don't see any reason why they wouldn't love flowering! I think they will complement each other for the part of the spectrum each one is missing.

How far from canopy was LED and whats the wattage and case size

About 30 inches to start and about 10-15 inches now. You can click my journal link and see, some pics show the lights above the plants.

3w monos do best at 12 to 14 inches from canopy to get the penetration and not end up with larf middle down. Ive noticed with 5watt monos depending on the optics used can be put 14 to 18inches.
Are they 3w epistar?

they are supposed to be epistar and bridgelux with 90 degree secondary focusing optics. It was my first grow using them so I started cautiously and got them closer during Veg, just started Flower today.

Ive used 5watt Cree/Osram and the tops grow 6 to 8inches from fixture at end flower
