How to supply head shops with metal pipes

I have an acquaintance who makes good money manufacturing and supplying head shops with metal pipes. I would like to do the same. How should I contact a head shop about this? Face to face, email, phone? Also, what should I say?

whatever u prefer... face to face would be a better example to communicate with each other about you wanting to sell metal pipes to them.
