The title of this thread is somewhat tongue in cheek because I have never actually grown weed indoors with just a window for the only source of light. But, for some reason I am optimistic about this. One way to find out. 
My start up list is a 3 gal plastic pot, some used "Lush" soil, and an auto flower seed (and a window). Lol
Here is the Cookie Killer auto seedling one week old today. As far as seedlings go, this is as good or better than any seedling I have started with a grow light at this stage.
