how to clean your growing medium

i clean my hydro growrocks with warm water. how do do you clean your mediums? thanks for the advice.

If you are talking about first time use then water is fine. I use Florokleen to remove any built up salts if I intend to reuse. Here's a link in case you need it.

thanks man,i ordered some today along with some growrocks (mine were already white from overuse). so i'll be sure to clean them the right way between grows. ride em high crazy.
