How much nutrients should you use?

I was just wondering what the average amount of nutrients is and how much is too much. For example during veg what numbers should replace the question marks and the same for flowering ?(N)-?(P)-?(K)

for plants you wont find anything over 45. and that is phosphorus. 0-45-0.
even meeting half would kill any plant.

you can i use schultz bloom plus 10-60 10 and iam 1/4 teaspoon away from full dose of the indoor recomendations 1/4 per gallon of water outdoor is higher dose but not sure what to follow indoor or outdoor 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water
