How much butter for a 20x26cm tin in a tray bake (flap jacks - like granola bars)

Hello lovely people, I am struggling to figure out how much butter to add to my flap jacks. They will be in a 20x26cm tin, and will be using
250g runny honey

200g rolled oats

150g butter

a good pinch of salt

Prunes and seeds as the filler

My cannabutter was made with 2oz of trim and popcorn, with a sativa strain Jack Diesel, and 500g butter.

I want them to be mild - I smoke around 1 bong on a work day, and it's not huge, and more on the wkend. I would say I have a fairly low tolerance now a days and I want this to still allow me to get on do stuff rather than have me dribbling on the floor.

What are your thoughts? THANKS :D

I don't live in metric land but this is my best guess...

a half cup or 125grams ish will be good in a recipe.

For 125g(1/2 cup of butter) I would make serving sizes at 36 for the entire recipe.

Eat 1/2 of one and see how it goes.

It can take 45mins to 2hrs to feel full effects so medicate responsibly
