How much air movement do you recommend for auto seedlings? Like is it ok for the air to be making the seedling wiggle around pretty much all day be ok?

yes but not much. it will help the stems get stronger.

Personally I would have enough air movement to to have them wiggle a little bit, like you said. Nothing too extreme but enough to help strengthen the stems a bit as they mature. And also just helps circulate air around the tent/room anyways. I have the fan run 24/7

6mph gusting to 12. I make it difficult for flying marauders/mold/fungus while strengthening plant structure.

I have a grow tent and am growing 2 Super Skunk plants...how do i know when to put the girls into flowering stage?

If you select grow on the menu bar, then click on frequently asked questions, then budding and flowering, you'll get the advice you require. I grow autos and the decision is preordained so to speak,
