Hair colors are not the best indicator...use a loop to look at actual trichrome colors.
Some stains put out while hairs for ever.

Do you know what strain? or at least the % sativa/%indica. What are the leaves doing?

the leaves are turning yellow and falling off a lot of the fan leave are gone it was some bag seeds out of some good smoke but i have no ideal what strain it is sorry about the info but this is my first grow

How to Ask for Grow Support 
Lack of ripeness could be from too little light, not enough nutes or/and many other factors. Without all the info on the grow its impossible to say...and can only guess.
id say if it aint starting to look ripe after 80 days of flowering under current conditions, it probably wont get much better waiting.
Are the fingers on the fan leaves fat (indica) or skinny (sativa)? A pure sativa can take forever to fully mature, and sometimes wont ever finish at all inside.
You could just have a light leak that's keeping it from fully budding.
