How many bulbs?

I would say at least 100 true watts,if I was you I would put as many as I could to fix in there..the more you got the better it will be..and mix up the spectrum get some 6500k and put in there too..I would say for every 2700k I would put 1 6500k,but that's up to you..that's all I use is CFL'S,I ha email 1 125w 2700k,2 40w 2700 and 6 23w 2700k..it's about 300watts.

Cfls need to be 1-2in from the plant. Because of that, I would highly recommend you consider going with several lower wattage bulbs. I like 23w, they are efficient, normal sized, and very common now. This way you can get more of the plant within that 1-2in range. I would also recommend training the plant to be very short and wide. If you grow tall you have to start hanging cfls next to the canopy. Not as efficient but it can be done.

You have plenty of space for that one plant and, to be honest, not enough light.

As an alternative to cfls, might I recommend checking out 300w led lights online for 70ish bucks?
