How long until harvest?

ive got ppl coming to do maintenance work in the end of august some time and I'm worried that the plants will still be going and kinda freaking out, and I'm wondering if I will be able to harvest before then, day 55 from seed 12/12 for the last 33 or 44 days,
last pic is a different plant the same age.

First pic(bottom 3 photos) looks to be maybe 30 days into bloom if I had to guess... 27-30 days in flower. The middle plant 25ish days in bloom and last looks maybe 21 days into flower cycle. I hate to break it to you, but you already know the answer. They won't be fully ripe by then unfortunately.

You will have to hide them in the dark somewhere. More darkness will be fine, just don't do the opposite and give them interrupted light during dark cycle.
