I use rapid rooter plugs to start seed and for cloning too.
I am not interested in pro/con opinions of the cubes, I'm sold on them.
My question is how long can I safely leave the seedlings in the tray when roots are poking out of the cubes?
I have small DIY tupperware Cloner/DWC that I have used to keep the seedlings going while waiting on the flood and drain to open up. The problem is I've had root issues twice. They start out great, then the root problems start. 3 weeks to 1 month in.
I have about two weeks to go until the Vanilla Kush tray opens up. The Panama seeds sprouted two days ago and I would like to leave them as they are for as long as possible (two weeks max) until moving them to the flood and drain. I can move them into the tupperare at anytime.
I've seen videos of growers leaving clones in trays for an unreal amount of time before transplanting them.
Thanks for the input.
