My plant is being grown outdoors and is on its 6th week of life, first started sprouting on June 15th. Topped a week and a half ago, wish I would have waited for another set of branches to grow before doing that because I feel like my yield will not be as good since it has less nodes now, but live n learn I guess. Started LST the same time I topped my plant. Today I noticed what appear to be pistils between the branches. If someone could clarify for me if my plant is a female or if it is still too early to tell that would be nice.
How is my plant looking? Week 6, and I think its showing its first signs of gender but unsure

I don't really see any female parts there yet. Looks like new growing tips coming from the Junction between the main stem and the fan leaf. But that is the place to keep looking at. When u see a tear drop shaped thing with a little white
hair coming out u got a lady.this was a female plant

you did not top too early in my opinion and it is too early to tell. In my current journal all my ladies have shown pistils and I posted photos such as this post

Too early too tell. Keep growing till you see lots of white pistols or balls.
