How do you become a care giver in Colorado?

It seen there is much confusion from the way I read it you just have to have someone name you as one? Is this true it seems awfuly easy.

You are exactly correct. The Patient can name anyone in the state (legal age) as caregiver.

I would get an attorny if you are considering Growing for a dispensary. I would reccomend Lauren Davis. She is a dynamite lawyer with years of DA background.
