Hi guys. I am a complete newbie in using NPK fertilizer, could someone pls let me know if I am supposed to spray it on the leaves or feed it directly to the soil?
In general, nutrients go into the soil (assuming your using soil). Also in general, they're diluted greatly with water - but that depends on what you're using.
It appears that you could benefit from doing a little reading, both to help you with a lot of the basics... and to help you ask questions (in other words, the people who might wish to answer your questions will require at least a little information). Here, this will get you started:

I’m trying new fangled nute technique, you open the bottle or bag and begin meditation…. so far it’s not working out to hot.….. hmm go figure?? - yup there’s a smart ass in every bunch!!
what kind of nutes do you have?
maybe post pic of label?
what kind of soil?
or is it coco?
Be advised soil & coco are not the same….. weed centric nutes run higher N but lower PK in veg, then in flower run lower N but higher PK, buuut you need calcium & magnesium all the way thru.
yes diluted and watered into the soil, or diluted and watered into the coco or for hydro added in the soup mix
